Generally, products/services sold on EZG are usually not refundable, but there are exceptions. The following are the most common types of refunds:
Non-delivery: This refers to a situation where the buyer successfully bought but did not receive the cproduct.
Not as described: The buyer made a purchase but received a product that differed from the product description listed by the seller on EZG.
Of course, this refund policy does not cover the following situations:
- 1.Any fraudulent claims.
- 2.The buyer has verified and confirmed receipt of the order.
- 3.Transactions conducted by users outside EZG marketplace.
- 4.Buyers who mistakenly bought a product because of dissatisfaction or regret without any fault of the seller will also not be refunded.
Common Refund Notes
- 1.The buyer must confirm receipt of the order only after confirming that the product received is consistent with the product listing and is in working order. Confirming receipt of the order indicates that the buyer is satisfied with the purchase and completes the transaction, after which payment will be made by the seller. If the relevant buyer does not make any claims, questions or complaints to EZG within 72 hours after the delivery of the bought goods or services, it is deemed that the buyer has accepted the bought goods. Completed orders will not be refunded.
- 2.In the event of a transaction dispute, the buyer has 48 hours to provide EZG with a request and evidence for verification. If the buyer fails to do so within the prescribed time, EZG will regard the issue as resolved and close the dispute.
- 3.All sales contracts are strictly between the relevant seller and the relevant buyer. If a dispute arises after the sales contract is signed, EZG may assist the buyer or seller, but shall not bear any responsibility or obligation for the sales contract.
- 4.If you cancel the payment because it is not verified, your refund will be automatically returned to the same channel originally used for purchase.
- 5.Depending on the payment method used, the exact time it takes for the user to receive a refund will vary.
