1. Farming Rituals

An Audience with the King is not only a very rare trophy after the battle, but even after it appears, you need to exchange it with tribute to get it - it’s actually more like a randomly generated item in the store. If you want to know if the item is included in Rituals that appear in all map nodes, you must clear all Rituals before you can check. Fortunately, the item can also appear in low-level maps, which means you don’t have to find another way to increase the map level.

If you still don’t get An Audience with the King after clearing all Rituals, you can use 1000 tributes to click the button at the top of the screen to re-roll the reward pool. However, since Audience with the king requires 2500 to 7000 tributes, even if you get it this way, you probably won’t have enough tribute to exchange.

To avoid this as much as possible, it is recommended that you use the delay function at the bottom of the rewards menu to delay the appearance of An Audience with the King. This way, although you will need more time to encounter it, the number of tributes required to redeem it will be reduced according to the discount, and this discount can be repeated.

However, under this mechanism, the more valuable the item, the longer it will take to return, so you should be able to foresee that it will take a long time for An Audience with the King to return, but don’t worry, it will eventually appear. And because An Audience with the King requires too many tributes, it is best to postpone it repeatedly, and you need to clear dozens of Ritual maps for this, which has to be said to be very hard.

2. Trade With Other Players

If you don’t have that much time to invest in Path of Exile 2, or just don’t want to suffer through repeated farming, you can choose to trade, which is a simpler and more direct way to get An Audience with the King. Currently, POE 2 trade site and the in-game Currency Exchange both support transactions related to Audience with the King, usually requiring 5-10 POE 2 Divine Orbs.

Farming Tips

As you know, An Audience with the King only appears by farming Rituals, so to increase its chances of appearing, you need to turn as many normal map nodes into Rituals as possible, and for this you need to use Ritual Precursor Tablets.

These tablets are a variation of normal Precursor Tablets, and are primarily dropped by killing monsters in Ritual Altars. Placing them in a cleared Tower will convert map nodes. It is worth noting that you can add modifiers to these tablets to increase conversion efficiency, such as:

• Ritual Altars in your maps allow re-rolling Favours an additional time
• Re-rolling Favours at Ritual Altars in your maps consumes tribute reduced 10–15%

Use Or Sell?

If you have enough confidence in your character’s strength and the gear is strong enough, it is recommended that you use An Audience with the King to unlock The King in the Mists and fight it, so that you will have the opportunity to obtain a large amount of currency and precious Ingenuity Utility Belt and From Nothing Diamond.

On the contrary, if your current level cannot cope with this difficult boss, it is recommended that you sell An Audience with the King on the market to accumulate orbs to help your character upgrade quickly, otherwise it will only waste An Audience with the King in your inventory.
