This event is dedicated to allowing you to earn rewards by teaming up with other teammates and racers on related tracks. It is not only fun but also promotes communication between players.
However, as the first racers event in 2025, this Snow Racers has a new mechanism, you can choose to race alone! After all, sometimes reliable teammates are not so easy to find. If you miss a lot of Monopoly Go Dice or sticker packs because of your teammates dragging your feet, it is really not worth it.

As the first racers event of the year, Snow Racers shows you the New Year atmosphere and winter spirit. The event has been in the planning stage since 10am ET on January 8th and will last until 3pm ET on January 12th. During this time, you can choose the best partner for your Snow Racers Event Slots.
Although the mechanism has been adjusted, the reward racers event is still as generous as ever. If you win the top prize through your own efforts, you will have the opportunity to get new board tokens, new emoticons, a Wild Sticker, and a Purple Sticker Pack provided by Snow Racers. These are very rare Monopoly Go rewards and are worth investing the most energy in these four days!
Because Snow Racers is different from previous racers events, you first need to determine whether you plan to fight alone or seek teammates for a team race. But after determining it, no matter which game method you choose, you need to collect enough Snow Racers flags through various methods during Snow Racers to advance the game smoothly.
Flags are collected primarily by playing other Monopoly Go events and earning rewards. First, you can participate in banner events that appear below your current cash total. These events last longer and offer more milestone rewards, so they include more free Snow Racers flags.
Second, during Snow Racers, the game will still launch new leaderboard tournaments every day. Although these tournaments are usually shorter and have fewer milestone rewards, they have lower score requirements, making it easier to earn a few Snow Racers tokens.
Besides these two more main methods, you can also collect free store rewards during Snow Racers, as some additional flags may appear. Or if you land on tiles with checkered flags around Monopoly Go game board, they may also provide a portion of Snow Racers flags, depending on the dice roll multiplier displayed when you land on the tile.
Besides working hard to collect flags, you need to know that you need at least 20 Snow Racers flags to roll the dice in Snow Racer to start the race.

To do this, be sure to check your friends’ list in Snow Racers event tab and find the most active or experienced players among them as your teammates. You can refer to and choose them based on their performance in mini-games such as Shutdown.
After successfully forming a team of four players for the event, if you find that one of your teammates disappoints you, you can also quit the team and move on and find a new team. Since the score and rewards of Snow Racer are based on your ranking in three games, if you choose to play in a team, your teammates must perform well enough.
If you plan to play alone, just click the slider at the bottom of the partner invitation screen and check “I want to play solo!” option. After confirming, click Race Solo button that pops up and you can match with other solo racers.
When you start the race with the collected snow racers flags and complete a certain number of laps on the track, you or your team will receive lap rewards, and these rewards will gradually increase with each race.
These rewards are both cumulative and shared, so when the score is calculated at the end of the event on January 12, if you and your teammates complete all three races, you will be ranked according to your performance to determine the final reward distribution.
It is worth mentioning that during Snow Racers process, the game will track your ranking in each race in real time and show you your current points after each race. Therefore, it is recommended that you do not use up all the flags in the first race in order to accumulate props for the two races on the weekend.
