About Occult Gems

As mentioned above, Occult Gems are actually gems in Diablo 4 that you can place in Jewelry gear slot to enhance Witch Powers or other damage types you use. Each gem has the required 160 points of Armor and 8% resistance to all damage types, and each gem has its own specific properties and statistics.

These gems can be crafted by an NPC named Gelena in Tree of Whispers. You need to provide various reagents, such as Fugitive Heads, Restless Rot, and Gem Fragments, which are all loot you get during your exploration of D4S7. Once you have these three, you can craft a random Occult Gem. Or if you are not satisfied so, you can also give this Occult Gem and the above three crafting materials to Gelena, so that you can get a more powerful and higher-level Occult Gem.

• Wicked Pact: Your non-unique Eldritch witch powers are 25% more effective.
• Heart of Anima: Your non-unique Psyche Witch Powers are 25% more effective.
• Toadling’s Wish: Your non-unique Growth and Decay Witch powers are 25% more effective.
• Phantom String: Increases overpower damage dealt to cursed enemies by 40%.
• Elder Sigil: Dexterity, Necrophily, Incarnation, Mastery, Weapon Mastery, and Wrath skills deal 25% effective direct damage against cursed enemies.
• Killing Wind: If you have three or more Eldritch Witch Powers slotted, you gain an additional 25% movement speed and 15% critical strike chance.
• Witching Hour: While you have three or more Eldritch Witch Powers equipped in your slots, every 5 seconds the next core skill you use will be granted Eldritch Tag.
• Raging Enigma: Your Unique Witchcraft Powers deals with 40% additional damage.
• Voice of the Stars: While the aura is active, the ultimate skill gains each Grimoire tag and deals 10% additional damage.
• Mind Wreath: If you have 3 or more Psyche Witch Powers equipped in your slots, your Defense, Macabre, and Trap skill cooldowns are reduced by 20%.
• Spiral Coin: While you have 3 or more Psyche Witch Powers equipped in your slots, your Control Duration is increased by 30% and your Lucky Hit Chance is increased by 20%.
• Cornucopia: If you have three or more witch powers of Growth and Decay equipped in your slots, you gain 30% increased Barrier, 30% increased Fortify, and 30% increased Thorns.
• Vulture Talon: While the aura is active, Damage Over Time is dealt 35% faster.
• Pointed Finger: Your Summons deal 25% extra direct damage against Hexed Elites.
• Vile Phylactery: If your Summoning Tag has a magic power slotted into it, when you take lethal damage, you can prevent that damage instead. You then gain a barrier equal to 100% of your maximum life and are immune to Witchcraft powers with Summon tag for 6 seconds. This can only occur once every 75 seconds.
• Friend of the Bog: If you have three or more Growth and Decay Witch Powers equipped in your slots, you gain a 10% increase to your primary stats, a 10% increase to your maximum life, and are always immune to interruptions.
• Moonlight Ward: Each rank of Unique Witchcraft Power slotted increases damage reduction by 3% and maximum resistance to all elements by 1%.
• Dust Stone: For each of your Auras and Hexes exerted on an enemy, they take 4% more damage from you.
• Hungering Void: While the aura is active, it pulls nearby enemies towards you every 8 seconds.
