Why Did This Bug Happen?

Although neither Xbox nor Diablo 4 announced the final cause of this delay, many players speculated that it might be due to Xbox’s too strict and slow patch review policy. In fact, Xbox takes longer to approve most new games or new game patches than other platforms. Also, while you can still hunt goblins after the event ends, these creatures will appear more frequently during this event, so delays may hinder your progress.

How To Play March Of The Goblins?

There are six types of goblins you can hunt during this event, and each one offers different rewards, but first you need to know how to start the event.

Once logged in, control your character to Kyovashad and find Altar of the Goblin statue in front of Idania’s Ring and amulet shop. It will be marked on the mini-map with a white badge icon. Once you find it, hover over the statue to see the level of the goblin you are tracking, and the rewards you can get for killing different goblins. They are:

• Green Odious Ector: Crafting materials, Obducite for Masterwork upgrades.
• Gold Gilded Baron: A staggering amount of Diablo 4 Gold.
• Diamond Glittering Prym: Gem fragments, runes, Undercity Tributes and Scattered Prisms.
• Purple Curious Murl: Bag of Obols, which can be used to obtain many Murming Obols.
• Blue Gelatinous Syrus: Splits into two goblins when killed, and then into three. Killing them all will give you a legendary item. It may also drop gold, boss materials, and elixirs.
• Mythic Purple Fancy Old Fedric: One mythic unique item and one Resplendent Spark.

It is worth noting that if you reach the level of a goblin during the event 10. In addition to the dropped rewards, you will also receive a treasure chest containing rare prizes such as Resplendent Spark.

If you want to improve the efficiency of farming goblins within the specified time, it is recommended that you go to specific areas, such as Nahantu, where there are many goblins in the west; or the beaches in the northern area of ​​Ked Baru, where there are also many goblins waiting for you to kill. And the higher the difficulty of Torment you challenge, the higher the probability of goblins appearing on the map.

In addition, since this event is held in Season 7, you can also make full use of some of the seasonal mechanisms, such as Headhunt zones or Helltides, which are special events with timers that facilitate goblin hunting in specified areas.
