As the latest work in Call of Duty series released in October this year, CoD Black Ops 6 can be experienced on most devices, including PC and other mobile devices.

But with “Tactical” button layout, you don’t have to stop before aiming when sliding and diving in all directions. Just click the right thumb stick. Although this is less common for melee attacks, you can still use “B” button if you need it.
While this change may take a little time to get used to, if you’ve experienced the default Xbox Series console controlled layout in Call of Duty series in the past, this simple change will help you master Omnimovement in CoD Black Ops 6.
In addition, you can also adjust the sensitivity in “Controller” tab. It’s helpful to consume some time trying different sensitivity levels to find the best fit for you. Of all the new mechanisms introduced by BO6, Omnimovement system is undoubtedly the most special. However, both sliding and diving require you to click the left analog stick to sprint, which may become tedious over time and lead to indecision.
But under “Movement” tab in the game, you will see “Sprint Assist” option. When selected, you can sprint without constantly clicking the thumb stick. If you want to expand the options, however, set Sprint Assist Delay to “0” and make sure it’s enabled in each direction. That way, you can always sprint when your left thumb stick is at a maximum in any direction, allowing you to glide and dive with zero lag.
Again, this is a subtle change, but one that makes a big difference, and you can still tap the left thumb stick to engage Sprint Assist for extra speed. On the other hand, this setting actually makes in-game movement more responsive.
Next, in Advanced Aiming settings, you can change the type of response curve for the controller’s aim assist. This adjustment essentially modifies the sensitivity of your camera movement relative to the position of the analog thumb stick. For example, “Standard” type can offset your overly aggressive movements.
While many of the more professional BO6 players will choose “Linear” type, as it maps camera movements directly to the analog sticks without deviation. This is undoubtedly helpful if you’ve already fine-tuned your sensitivity settings, but it’s not exactly conducive to mastering a controller, as the thumb stick is terrible for precision aiming.
In contrast, “Dynamic” setting allows initial, aggressive thumb stick movements to be accelerated for quick responses while also allowing for slow, precise aiming at the end of the main move. This allows you to rotate to new threats faster than the sensitivity setting would allow, unleash the full power of weapons you unlock through Black Ops 6 Boosting.
If you’re more used to the default Standard, it can take time to get used to Dynamic type. But it’s worth it.
In addition to the controller settings you can adjust above, there’s one setting that’s not actually related to the controller, but will improve your gaming experience if adjusted properly: View tab.
In this tab, you’ll find a field of view or FOV options, which will affect how much of the area you can see on the screen at one time. A high FOV is similar to a wide-screen monitor, while a low FOV will make you feel you are looking through a keyhole.
By default, BO6’s FOV is set to the standard 90 degrees. While it is recommended that you increase it, there is no need to adjust it to the highest level. A higher FOV may cause performance issues and other glitches, and it will also distort the visuals you get if you are not playing on a wide-screen monitor.
A wider screen range means you can catch enemy movements at the edge of your field of view more quickly, allowing you to react faster. Setting FOV to 100 degrees will bring a noticeable improvement in view without any performance issues or other glitches, but it depends on your personal experience.

Black Ops 6 recently launched a new Zombie Map, Citadelle des Morts. Like other maps, Citadelle des Morts also has a lot of interesting Easter Eggs hidden in it. Rats & Cheese Easter Egg is a relatively simple Black Ops 6 Easter Egg that you can complete in the early stages. You need to find 10 rats scattered around French Castle.

In this mission, you originally need to sneak into an abandoned testing facility to discover more about Cradle. However, a failed entry attempt accidentally reveals secrets about Case’s past.
Emergence stands out for its zombie-based gameplay, requiring you to play the role of Case and complete four different mini-missions. Each mini-mission has a unique zombie boss that must be defeated to complete the area and move on.
