Continue shoppingSellers are required to fulfill the delivery within the stipulated delivery time by using the delivery method selected by the buyer. Sellers are advised to set a delivery time frame that they can commit to and deliver, as advertised on their listing. If a seller does not fulfill the order according to the delivery method as stated in the order, the seller is fully liable in the event of a trade dispute, and EZG reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to refunding the order to the buyer. Good practices and reliable sellers attract the most customers. Sellers should log on to their accounts as often as possible as this would reflect their online/offline status on their sales listing. This increases the chance of a potential customer in placing an order from their list.
Sellers are required to capture screenshots (print screen before and after trade) or provide video evidence of the trade, then upload them to the order details page once delivery is completed. Read more about proof of delivery under EZG terms.
Sellers are not allowed to request an order cancellation. Sellers may be required to provide obligatory compensation to the buyer if an order is canceled or delayed due to the seller's negligence. Stock level must be accurate at all times. For example, if the stock level is set to 1000 gold, you are expected to deliver 1000 gold to the buyer. Make sure you have the item in possession before creating the listing.
All communication and correspondence between the seller and the buyer must be done through EZG Chat Application. Refrain from chatting in-game.
Seller is not allowed to provide offsite trade or personal offers in any way (see Offsite Trading below). Any sellers found doing so will have their EZG account permanently banned.
Communications with buyers must be courteous. We strictly prohibit the posting of harassing content, including but not limited to threats of violence. If you believe sellers have been a violation of any of our policies, please report it to us immediately.
Seller is not allowed to create more than one EZG account and commit fraud by buying from their own sales listing. Any seller found doing so is subject to penalties or even permanent ban of the account.
If a trade dispute or chargeback arises due to reasons caused by the sellers, such as delivery delay, a product that does not work, or failure to upload proof of delivery as required, sellers are liable for all costs and damages associated with such disputes.
In-game virtual items, gold, and coins sold on the platform are all obtained legitimately (Reaching the "Achievement" by completing the tasks). All products for sale are strictly reviewed by the platform. Gaming assets obtained through other means are prohibited.
If a seller intentionally or unintentionally violates the prohibited items or services described below, it will be considered a violation of our Terms of Service. If EZG determines that you have violated the rules, EZG may, at its sole discretion, remove the listing and cancel any related transactions, up to and including terminating or suspending the seller's account.
EZG may not be used in connection with any product, service, transaction, or activity that in general is fraudulent, deceptive, or violates any law or government regulation.
The list of prohibited items may be updated from time to time at EZG's discretion. Examples of items that fall under certain categories may also be expanded to provide better communication and context to our community.
EZG may not be used to sell any of the following products or services:
Offsite Trading
EZG takes trade practices at our marketplace very seriously. While it is a rare occurrence, there have been reports of honest users being harmed by fraudulent actions or intentions of hoodwinkers. Trades conducted and completed within the EZG platform ensure that the order has gone through GamerProtect's verification checks and cleared appropriate protocols. Offsite trade will not receive any assurance from EZG, either in mediation or indemnification, as we are not liable for the actions of individuals taken outside of our trading platform.
We have enacted a policy for sellers to demonstrate a solid stance against soliciting offsite trade. Even if the intentions are pure, things can still go wrong; therefore, these proactive steps are being taken to ensure the safety of our honest users. If a seller is caught embezzling traffic from EZG to complete trade offsite, their accounts will be suspended. If a buyer or seller tries to lure you to engage in offsite trading activities, please report it to us immediately. After all, you may save yourself and others from being unnecessarily affected by fraudulent activity.
If the seller needs to close the account due to his/her own reasons, he/she must submit an application for disqualification of the seller to the platform. Upon receiving the cancellation application, the seller's permission to create new listings will be closed first. If it is verified that the seller is not involved in any unresolved disputes or has no bad records, the platform will release the funds in the account within 7 working days and complete the application of closing the seller's account. Applying for seller certification again is not allowed within 90 days from the date of the application of closing the seller's account.
